Alternative to Excel VBA Editor ?

I am currently learning to write Macros in Excel using the VBA Editor, so that I can do my job efficient. At work we use Office 2010 Professional. At home I only have Office 2010 Starter, which does not have VBA Editor. Is there any other way I could practice writing Macros? If this option could include a Debugger and/or a way to catch my errors that would be great, if not then oh well.

Also i've been googling tutorials for for the language, anyone know any good tutorial websites? I would appreciate it.
