IF more than a certain value then True if not then false

Hi All,

in cell H12 i will be entering numbers 1 to 100 i want a formula for cell Q3 that will tell me if number 1 to 11 are there to be True if anything over 11 to be false! i want the answer to show up in cell Q3.

=H12<=11
