display Monday week num in a cell - Help

Hi

Can someone help on the below please

I've a "6/13/2011" in cell B3, in Cell A3, I want 06/13 to be displayed as this the starting of the week Monday, it should continue to display 06/13 until 06/19 which is Sunday.

I'm assuming that B3 changes every day and you want to know the Monday from that week?

=B3+1-WEEKDAY(B3,2)
