Loop and sum via VBA

I need help.
How to add some value to the existing value but for multiple rows and multiple columns via VBA macros
This example has only three columns, I need to independently adjust the VBA code in case that I have more than three columns (addition is done on the same principle)

Try this example, I don't know how are you going to determine how many rows or columns to be calculated, so I made the settings available in the code itself.
