Need help with COUNT/COUNTIF/ COUNTIFS

Hi

I need help finding the percentage of items within a collection. 3 to 10 books can make up a collection, but we might not have all the books needed to complete the collection. So I need to figure out the percentage of books within a collection. Example: One collection needs 10 books to be complete. We have 7 books, so the collection is 70% completed.

We have 33,245 collections that contain anywhere from 3 to 10 and sometimes more books. Please HELP!!!


(I've been using count and countif, but it is taking way too long to go one by one.)
 
Can you post a sample workbook showing the layout you have and what results you might expect?

If you can replace the #N/A with blanks, then you can use Pivot Table, and drag Collection # to Row Label, Books Avail and Books Needed to Summary section, then add a formula beside the pivot table dividing the Needed/Avail.
