Weekend date by ISO standards

I want to find weekend date year wise by ISO standards.
I tried this formula but it seems wrong.

=DATE(A4,1,8)-WEEKDAY(DATE(A4,1,7))

in A4 i manually type my year. I want weekend day Sunday.
