Offset Function based on drop down validation menu

Hi,

Can someone assist me with the attached spreadsheet? I am having trouble using the offset function. It only works for TO 2 and TO 3. I'm not sure why I am receiving an error message. Thanks! View attachment CLIN Template OffetSet.xlsx

THe problem is the $A$2:$A$8 bit: you need to expand it to cover TO6. i.e. from MATCH($D$5,'Value History'!$A$2:$A$8,0) to MATCH($D$5,'Value History'!$A$2:$A$15,0)
