Error when downloading files

I am not sure where to else to post this issue....

Everytime I download a .xlsx file from an attachment in this site, I get an error.

I still get this error everytime I open a file from this forum. No other forum gives me this trouble....

Strange... because I don't have this trouble anywhere else... I wonder if there is a profile setting or something that I need to change?
