DataMatrix X,Y Coordinate Generator

I'm trying to encode characters within excel into a 2D Data Matrix (ECC200), but instead of just generating an image like most websites do, I'd like it to give the X and Y coordinates of each active area in black. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
