    Using checklist to populate datasheet.

The project I'm working on has a checklist that multiple users will be able to access, that needs to track the data for various forms and graphs. 35 questions done five days a week. I was hoping to be able to use a simple true/false check box for the questions and them a submit button to dump that into a row on another sheet.

Is this possible, and how do I do it if it is?

    Thanks in advance.

With VBA anything is possible. The attachment is only one way of many I'm sure.

Hope you can adapt something to your needs.

JKleb, thanks for acknowledging the assistance. Good, bad or indifferent that's what people should always do. Thanks.

How did you do it? ----> Google is my friend. I doubt there's a question that somebody hasn't already asked. It's just a matter of finding it.
