What is the best free IQ test on the internet these days?

Two questions:
1. What is the best free IQ test available on the internet these days that will give you your result right away?
2. Can someone actually increase their IQ with studying, etc. or is it something that you are born with?
3. Is it a appropriate test here http://iknow.fm/iqtest/ ?
 
For me is the riddle:
I turn polar bears white
and I will make you cry.
I make guys have to pee
and girls comb their hair.
I make celebrities look stupid
and normal people look like celebrities.
I turn pancakes brown
and make your champane bubble.
If you sqeeze me, I'll pop.
If you look at me, you'll pop.
Can you guess the riddle?

97% of Harvard graduates can not figure this riddle out, but 84% of kindergarten students were able to figure this out in 6 minutes or
less. Can you guess the correct answer?

I don't know :(
 
Like most of us, I landed on the downslope and it's been slowly, ever so slowly, downhill ever since:)
 
Too difficult to determine someone IQ based on given questions. Every person is individual and his IQ as well.
