I am trying to understand the following:

=ROUND(IF(G5="",0,IF(T3="Full Maintenance Lease",
IF(AJ21="",IF(VALUE(F7)<120,VLOOKUP(VALUE(F7),SedanOpRate,2,FALSE),
IF(VALUE(F7)<191,VLOOKUP(P9,Codes!B11:E14,4,FALSE),1)
*IF(SUM(Capitalization!AE11:AI15)=0,0,PMT(Interest!E26/12,AA14*12,-Capitalization!BE17,I16,0))),AJ21)
-(SUMIF(Capitalization!AU11:AX16,"Reduction",Capitalization!AE11:AI16)/(Calculator!AA14*12)),0)),2)

I would like to be able to create a formula on the operating rate.
There are hidden tabs.
I would just like to understand the logic.
Anyhelp would be great.

Out of curiosity, have you tried stepping through the fomula using the Evaluate Formula tool on the Formulas tab? That will let you evaluate each step so you can work through the logic...
