    I want to limit the number of record for top 10 only.
    So, I use the filter and set top 10 items.
    But there are more than 10 reocords if the some of the top 10 values are the same.

    Since we don't have a way to deal with ties in the PivotTable Top 10, I'd suggest that the best route is probably to add a column of data to your Pivot source, and create a formula to deal with the ranking there. Maybe set the formula to only count the first 10 items, then filter the entire table by that column?
