So here's my problem. I need to split cells that contain addresses in them into different categories, street address, city, state, zip. The problem is that each of these cells contains the name of each company as well and also some cities are 2 words as opposed to 1, I've tried converting to text, but that doesn't seem to help me with this problem. Someone please help or I'll be doing this manually for the next couple of months. Thanks.

Can you attach a workbook with some sample data we can look at? Make sure it doesn't contain any confidential info, but that would help us establish a pattern to look through and built a method to split it. (Click Go Advanced at the bottom of the post to add a workbook.)
