I would like to create a spread sheet1 wherein data to be entered and when
user enters accept, the records to be captured in sheet2 and
data entered in sheet1 to be deleted and this process should keep
on going.

This purpose is for cash received/paid in denomination wise
in sheet1 and the details like ac no,total amt and denominations in
sheet2.

Please advise me a solution. Thank you in advance.

Why not just record them in Sheet2 directly?
