How to match two sheets using any formula?

Hi Everybody,

It really a great pleasure for me to visit this forum to dig knowledge in Excel!!!!!!!!!!!
So here is my question and description.
I have attached one workbook named as Sample111.
In this work book, there are two sheets named as Link and Keyword.
In Link sheet I have some links which I want to match with Keyword sheet which is having some keywords.
Please read the condition carefully to understand better.
Condition
If two or more words from a link is present in any keyword in Keyword list, then that particular link should come to that particular keyword.
Please find the attachment to understand the problem better better.

If you think condition should be modified to get the result, then I will appreciate if you could modify to get result.

Any suggestion or help is highly appreciated.

Thank you so much for replying with appropriate solution... But I wanted to use Link sheet. But u have used the data present in Keyword sheet which is for understanding the problem better. Because there there are large data I have just shown a sample.
Please use Link sheet to get the result.

I think you have too many variations. Getting Andhra pradesh is relatively straight-forward, but 10th class and 6th class have no obvious rule to apply.
