Does anyone else feel the pain of this? PowerPivot and VBA both use the FORMAT function, but Excel uses TEXT. Maybe it's just me, but I find myself typing FORMAT in the worksheet grid frequently. Anyone else think that MS should be building a FORMAT function in Excel 16?

I'd give someone else's left arm for a native concatenate function that accepts a range or an array as an argument.
