Input: Specific non-unique data in range, Output: Corresponding data in different row

Please refer to the attached file, sheet "CONVERTED". Rows above $43 are locked for editing (without password) to prevent inadvertent data erasure.

In H49, With some help, I have been able to get the smallest data not less than D44 from row corresponding to H46&"-"&C44.

Now I need to locate the data corresponding to H49 in the row containing H46&"-"&C43.

The answer should return the value in N29 viz. 5.417

Please help.
