Background color change based on Xlookup result

I have a spreadsheet that is pulling values from a range in Tab A into Tab B using Xlookup. In Tab A, cells have differing background colors within the range. How can I change the background color to dynamically match in Tab B of the Xlookup cell, based on the cell it locates from Tab A?
