macro reading txt file but not with other

sorry again for breaking the rules, i post the same request at more forum without puting the link of those forum,
i will explaine and i hope the give right message
in my real excel (project) there is 15 sheet and 15 code one of them called "Sub lirebenzing(nf)" and also there is 3 different type of txt files (three companies) 1 tauris 2 tipes 3 benzing.
tauris and tipes every thing is ok with it, in benzing there is also 3 diffrents txt files one of them not working with the macro or vba, i try to make the workbook with smal size but i couldnt
