Counting responses within a specific number of days

I control a spreadsheet that contains requests for work and all the details associated with those requests. I have been asked to report on the number of requests received each month and the number of times a response was made within 14 days of the request.

I have used a COUNTIFS formula (=COUNTIFS('Sheet 1'C:C,"A",'Sheet 1'B:B,">=1/1/2021",'Sheet 1'B:B,"<=31/1/2021) to work out the number of requests each month but don't know how to count how many of those requests had a response within 14 days

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

In the attached, some longish formulae in the highlighted cells, but below that, a pivot table which uses your source table with an added column Within 14 days with a simple formula; no formulae in the analysis sheet for that so little or no maintenance.
