Hello Forum. I am trying to pivot a list of projects with dates into a Matrix in Powerquery . I am able to pivot the project numbers into the values field BUT when I try to pivot the dates instead of the project number i got nulls instead. How can I pivot so that the dates show inside the matrix? Any help would be very appreciated. File attached. The file that i am trying to covert is called error and it is the last query in the file. Thanks

Is error(2) in the attached what you're looking for?

p45cal: Yes indeed.. that's the result i was looking for. Thank you very much... What did you do different ? I was very frustrated after many attempts !

I left the error query as it was so that you could see the differences; essentially
  • added an index
  • pivoted
  • removed the index.
