I guess the big question would be how much knowledge you have with Excel, specifically Power Query and Power Pivot.
Matt Allington has a great course on Skillwave called Foundations of Power BI - Data to Dashboard. Alternately, I also have an very comprehensive course called the Self Service BI Boot camp which will teach you how to use Power Query and Power Pivot in both Excel and Power BI.
