Importing Data From One Folder For Use In Another

I have two folders (SC05 - .... And SC06 - ...) in which I'm trying to import data from SC05 and sort it and place it in the chart in the SC06 folder. I have written the macro in the SC06 folder, however no matter what I try I keep getting an error. I know I must have both folders open for this to run however I'm at a loss, any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
