    Greetings,

    I have an excel worksheet that has the following formula:

    Code:
    =COUNTIFS(F$5:F$156,"<" & $O6,F$5:F$156,">=" & $O5)
    Where the F$5:F$156 needs to be replaced by
    table: Table1
    column: Depth to IE (ft)

    If referring to the attached file, it is P5:P14.

    I've tried Table[Depth to IE (ft)], but it does not work.

    Running Office 365.

    Thoughts?

    Probably:
    =COUNTIFS(Table1[Depth to IE (ft)],"<" & $O6,Table1[Depth to IE (ft)],">=" & $O5)
    You should be able to edit the formula by highlighting the F$5:F$156 part then selecting the column (without its header) which is easiest done by hovering the mouse over the header and clicking the thick black down-arrow that appears (you may have to click the down-arrow twice to select only the data body (ie. exclude the header itself).
