VBA interacting with PDF

I apologize if I am not in the right forum. I would like to ask if it is possible to change or set the Link Property of the links on the Table of Content page in the PDF form. In other word, I would like to change the "Go to page" value for the links on the Table of Content page. Can it be done with VBA? I have found many sample codes that change the field value or property of fields on PDF form couldn't fine one that change the link property. Thanks in advance for your help.
