Label filters: Does not contain multiple keywords

Is there a way to filter a pivot table to not show certain keywords (without VBA)?

Example below, filter those that doesn't contain 'Apple', 'Orange'.

Row labels
Apple
Orange
Lemon
Berry

Consider using a slicer. And if a very long unique list perhaps index it alphabetically in M and bring that in as a second slicer
