Need help with INDEX/MATCH or other formulas (see post)

I am needing help copying the item number (20100000) to the cells below it until a new item number appears, then I would need the new item number to be copied below until the next item number appears.

My example (see worksheet). I need Item Number 20100000 to be copied to cells B5:B7, then Item Number 20100005 copied to cells B16:B19. This is just an example worksheet.
