Can I Search/Find and Display a Specific List of Multiple Records?

Hello everyone, I have a question about finding data in an Excel spreadsheet. (I use Excel with Office 365.)

I have a spreadsheet of my music collection. There are, in round figures, about 4,500 records in the spreadsheet.

I'd like to know if there is a way to search for multiple records, all at once, and display the results somehow.
For example, let's say I have the following list of albums I want to find:

    Moby Grape - Moby Grape
    Monks - Black Monk Time
    NRBQ - Hits
    OMD - Best Of
Phil Lynnott - Solo in Soho
    Rod Price - Open
Roy Buchanan - Best Of Roy Buchanan
Sam & Dave - Greatest Hits Soul
    Simply Red - Greatest Hits
    Smokey Robinson - Greatest Hits
    Wilbert Harrison - Best Of

Is there a way to search for these items, and have Excel display only them, somehow?
Thank you very much. J. Danniel

PS: If you're curious as to why I want to do this, it's to put an X in the CAR column for them, without having to look for each item one-by-one.
music.xlsm (I've attached a copy of the spreadsheet to this message, so you can see what I'm trying to do.)

Perhaps using advanced filter to filter in place.

Thank you for replying. I wish I knew how you created that filter. I'll have to research it.

But when I clicked Filter for These, the following Visual Basic Run Time Error was displayed:

Does creating this advanced filter require VB programming? Thank you.

it works for me, otherwise I wouldn't have posted it.
I copied your list to filter for, and pasted it to AdvanFilt sheet A2
Clicking the "Filter for These" runs the macro.

    Yes, it's on Module2

    I'll have to research it.
Google will give you lots to read
