Hello everyone, I have a question about finding data in an Excel spreadsheet. (I use Excel with Office 365.)
I have a spreadsheet of my music collection. There are, in round figures, about 4,500 records in the spreadsheet.
I'd like to know if there is a way to search for multiple records, all at once, and display the results somehow.
For example, let's say I have the following list of albums I want to find:
Moby Grape - Moby Grape
Monks - Black Monk Time
NRBQ - Hits
OMD - Best Of
Phil Lynnott - Solo in Soho
Rod Price - Open
Roy Buchanan - Best Of Roy Buchanan
Sam & Dave - Greatest Hits Soul
Simply Red - Greatest Hits
Smokey Robinson - Greatest Hits
Wilbert Harrison - Best Of
Is there a way to search for these items, and have Excel display only them, somehow?
Thank you very much. J. Danniel
PS: If you're curious as to why I want to do this, it's to put an X in the CAR column for them, without having to look for each item one-by-one.
