    Need help with a formula to open pdf files for the list in excel. A sample sheet is attached for your reference.

    try this in H2, replace JoBlow with your user name

    =HYPERLINK("file:///C:\Users\JoeBlow\Documents\Transmittals"&A2&"-"&B2&"-"&C2&"-"&E2&"-"&F2&" "&G2&".pdf","ClickHere for pdf")
