I wasn't using pivots in the past until recently when i changed job. After creating pivot tables and charts, i realized that the tables are not pulling latest data from source table unless i keep changing data source. i have read numerous sites on resolving this, either by creating a named table or by using offset and counta formula. Neither is working. In fact, the source table is not allowing me to use CTR+T to open "create table". I could use offset and counta a formulae on the Name Manager tab option. Yet, the pivots are not updated. Please advise. Thanks!

Not sure why Ctrl-T doesn't work. Can you post the workbook?
