Excel won't properly generate the graph

Hi,

I am trying to generate a graph from variable date (words) to see how participants of a survey respond by percentage but when I go to generate the graph by column it just gives me a list instead of a graph. A picture is attached below. I have also attached the Excel file. The tab is entitled Individuals Coded. Can someone help me? Thanks
