On a daily basis we get an information dump about upcoming rota movements. I have to extract the email addresses of those individuals who have not as yet had the relevant training – this was straightforward enough, I have an “ISBLANK” (Column L)to combine the 2 columns of addresses (Cols J&K) and then a pivot table to give me the emails and filter out those who had done the training already (Column H).
However, was then informed that department personnel from either Core or SAFCORE do not have to do the training. Can anyone suggest how best to achieve this? Is there a way without having to select the relevant filters every time the base information is pasted? Either VBA or another pivot table? So that when I am not here, anyone will be able to do the copy/paste and extract without having to do anything else?
