Supposed a cell "A2" has the word "John" and another cell "E3" has the word "Sam".
I'd like to combine the 3rd character from "A2" and 2nd character from "E3".
As the result it'd be "h" + "a" = "ha" and is shown in a cell somewhere (e.g. to "B5").
How can it be done?
