Consolidating text cells

Hello, I'm trying to consolidate cells into one cell using a common identifier. I was looking for something like sumifs for text but I have not found anything but Concat which you manually have to add each cell and the number of cells can change. This is pulling into a bigger report and a pivot table would not be helpful. I've tried Ifsums, If, Match index and concat. Please help
