Automate Insert Picture Scaled to a Cell

G'day All,
Not sure if what I'm desiring can be done though have a heap of pictures that need to be inserted into an excel sheet. I know how to insert , select the picture etc though pics need to be scaled etc and this is very time consuming with volume, so. Is there anyway to automate the process some:
1. Set a common folder.
2. Set a scale, say 25x100.
3. Select a cell, AB-10.
4. Select picture.

Any suggestion, assistance etc is greatly appreciated

That can be done with a macro. Starting with a fso object to load all pictures, once at a time, and, for each resize and set desired position.
