Solver works on one computer and never stops on another

I've tried to run solver on 2 computers, one uses excel 2019 the other office 365. Solver will continue to run on both these machines for hours. I sent the file to a friend and it finished in 2 minutes. I'm completely baffled.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions. Thank you.
