    Reservation Availability Workbook

I'm working on a workbook that I created many years ago.
I'd like to add an availability workbook that looks into existing workbooks and future workbooks for date data.
An example of the desired look is included as a sheet on the attached workbook.
Once a customer calls I need to look at availability and book accordingly.
I only have one property that's used for extra income during retirement. Ha Ha

    Thanks

    Barry

You should change the AVAIL sheet to not be coloured but to have a value saying say R(eserved), N(ot Available), or blank (Available), and use CF to colour based upon those values. Have a flat table of dates and values as well and then you could do a simple lookup based upon the dates being requested.

    Thank You Bob!

I have tried that and am looking into methods to populate the flat date table from my existing workbook.
