Hi All,

I am creating a maternity register & wish to do the followings to the column E (Date Return to work):
From column D4 (Date Start) IF year is above 2018, then add 90 days, otherwise/anything <2018 add 60 days.

how to achieve the Date Return to work by looking at the year?

Thank-You very much

Try =IF(YEAR(D4)<=2018,D4+60,D4+90)
You did not say what happened is the year is equal to 2018.
So I supposed 60 days were to be added in that case.
If not just delete the = sign in the formula
