Help Needed Creating an Algorithm or What-if Scenario

Help, please. I need help creating an algorithm or What if Scenario to run in Excel. The table below provides a snapshot of the situation. I’m trying to find all the combinations of 5 records that exceed the Target Record. Meaning, when the Value 1s for the 5 records are combined, they exceed Value 1 for the Target Record. When the Value 2s for the same 5 records are combined, they exceed Value 2 for the Target Record. When the Value 3s for the same 5 records are combined, they exceed Value 3 for the Target Record, etc… Any ideas or suggestions to help solve this problem are welcome and greatly appreciated. Thanks.
