Dear madam if you download the sheet it will show you as a corrupt file so when it is auto repaired by microsoft the fonts and format get converted in chiness language so request you to help in the situation.
 
We cannot rescue corrupt files for you. Plus, there is a security warning when I open this file, so I am not going to risk my own computer's security by poking around inside it. Sorry.
