how to lookup combo box into textbox in excel VBA

Hi,

Attached herewith Excel worksheet, how to populate the datas in the newly added textbox from combo box.I have to populate the description values in the new textbox when i select the item code in combo box. guys anyone can help in this regards.

Note: Textbox added in the sheet name "main" cell ref "D5" in the attached worksheet (
