Macro to Share Workbook Through Email

So I am setting up a parent (Source) workbook which will have tabs dedicated to each client we have. Each client will have their own child(Destination) workbook in their respective folders. The parent workbook is the source workbook we put data into. The respective clients child workbook gets updated automatically from the parent (Source) workbook.

When all the data is put into the clients tab and their Destination Workbook is updated, we need to share the clients Destination workbook with that specific client. I am trying to create a macro for a command button that will allow us to share the clients Destination workbook automatically. I do not have an depth knowledge of VBA and developing macros so if someone knows a script that would allow this it would be very helpful.
 
Also I cannot use OneDrive because our companies files are stored in Dropbox servers which means I cannot turn on Autosave which is how one shares excel files in the first place.
