Highlight Appointment Groups

Hello,

Is it possible to automatically highlight groups of appointments. I have them on my weekly schedule sheet which is a matrix of times from 8 am to 6 pm in the left column and Mon to Fri on the top rows.

It would be nice to show the separation by fill colors.
