How to divide a number by another value and show the range

Is the following possible in Excel. I would like to take a number for example 2230 enter it in a cell, divide it by 1000 and
have it return the following in a table:

1 to 1000
10001 to 2000
2001 to 2230

Is this possible in Excel? I am currently using Excel in Office 365

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Firstly, your table data does not make sense - do you mean this?

1 to 1000
1001 to 2000
2001 to 2230

Secondly, 2230 divided by 1000 would be 2.23 - where/how should that be displayed? What exactly is the table for?
