    Hello All,

I'm trying to average different data that shows the % complete of a renovation project with different timelines. See one of the data sets attached.

I want to use this data set with other % complete data sets to get an average % complete for the projects and each subcategory. I have been trying to normalize this data, but am having a lot of trouble. Is there anyone here that knows how to normalize timeline schedule data or create a meaningful way to average this data? Thank you and your help would be greatly appreciated.
