Hello,
I'm looking for a way to calculate/ formula the required amount of volumes handled in, e.g. 40 secs, to achieve a target of 90%. The volumes will change towards the end of the month on a daily basis and will therefor have an impact on the remaining days. Purpose is automate a calculation and predict whether an service level is mathematical achievable. picture file added to document what I'm talking about.
