offset indirect and dynamic list help

i have an expanding chart that i have set a dynamic range for each of five categories. there are also two charts right next to the chart with values for the same component but in a different category(five items all with three different sets of data). i was trying to design a way to look at the overall chart of data and on the side be able to look at the data just for one column but see all three components.

I created a dynamic drop down list that has the five items to select from. when i select it i want it to show the three corresponding categories that go with only that item. I tried and offset indirect function but i can not get it to work. Ive attached my file with only two rows.

when you select "n-feed" from the drop down the numbers 14.3 2.0 2.0 and under it 12.9 3.6 3.6. and also the date! thanks

If you reformat the data as below you could pivot it easily and then use the Type as a report filter.
