Find text and return cellreference in a chart

I want to find cellreference for ex. 12B (text) in my example. How shall I do that. I want a formula that returns F17 in this case, alternative to return rows and columns.
As notice this chart has no titles in either axis.

What is the logic that says 12B should return F17?

In my chart It is column F and row 17, It can be any valye depending from where chart starts and where value is. I want to look for any text value within this area, and to return cellreference or row/columns

A chart is a layer above the worksheet, so a value that you see in the chart only relates to a cell by virtue of where the chart is positioned, and the size of the chart. In other words, move the chart or resize it, and that value will be above a different cell.
